Tinies (Baby Massage) is a baby class combining positive touch, movement, education and support for mums and their babies. This class is ideal from the time when you're ready to get out and about, up until baby can roll over at around 4-5 months old.

Our uniquely integrated class for mum and baby combines baby massage, some gentle postnatal movement, calming techniques, and relaxation. These are delivered alongside educational themes which are relevant to baby’s developmental milestones.

Our classes aim to nurture both mums and babies through the fourth trimester, through provision of a calm, nurturing, baby led environment, allowing precious space to grow bonds, and meet others at a similar stage.

​

Classes progress from our rhythmic and relaxing Tinies classes onto the colourful and lively Wrigglers classes.

Term duration and timings

​

Tinies (Baby Massage) is generally offered in 6-week terms. Each session lasts 1 hour (10:00am – 11:00am) on a Thursday morning.

Monk Fryston Community Centre, Old Vicarage Lane, Monk Fryston, Leeds, LS25 5EA.

Monk Fryston is an easily accessible location, between Leeds and York. You can reach us from Garforth, Selby or Tadcaster in just 15 minutes! The Community Centre has plenty of free parking available.

Who should attend?

​

Tinies (Baby Massage) classes are for mums and their babies, suitable from as soon as you feel ready to be out and about through until baby can roll over (at around 4-5 months old).

​

You may attend as many 6-week terms as you wish until your baby (or babies!) is ready to move on to Wrigglers classes.
