Wrigglers
Wrigglers is a baby class for mum/care giver (dad or grandparent, for example) and little one where baby yoga and sensory play are delivered alongside rhythm, rhyme and story in a seamless journey of connection and fun.
This class is ideal for babies aged from around 4 months up to 11 months.
We use educational themes which will be relevant to baby’s developmental milestones. In Wrigglers classes both care giver and baby benefit from wonderful connection through play, positive touch, laughter and movement.
A focal point of every class is ‘What’s in the box?’ where babies discover our theme for the week and we begin our sensory journey. We use the popular ‘That’s not my…’ range of books as Wrigglers progress through classes.
As with Tinies (Baby Massage), our baby yoga and sensory play classes aim to nurture both care giver and babies, and connect you with others at a similar stage.
Term duration and timings
Wrigglers is delivered in 6-week terms. Each session lasts between 45 minutes - 1 hour (11:30am – 12:30pm) on a Thursday.

Monk Fryston Community Centre, Old Vicarage Lane, Monk Fryston, Leeds, LS25 5EA.
Monk Fryston is an easily accessible location, between Leeds and York. You can reach us from Garforth, Selby or Tadcaster in just 15 minutes! The Community Centre has plenty of free parking available.
Who should attend
Wrigglers classes are for mums/dads/care-givers and their babies, from around 4 months old up until baby can confidently crawl/cruise at around 11 months old (babies younger than 4 months should attend our Tinies (Baby Massage) classes).
