Sing, Mama!
Sing, Mama is a relaxed, welcoming weekly singing class designed to support mums through music, connection and community.
Led by Lisa from Perfect Pitch Stars Performing Arts, this gentle class offers a calm and judgement-free space to sing, breathe, unwind and spend time with others at a similar stage of life. Babies and children are warmly welcome to attend alongside you.
Research has shown that group singing can have significant benefits for mums during the postnatal period, including improving mood, reducing stress and anxiety, and helping to build confidence and connection. Most importantly, this class is not about being a “good singer” — it’s about enjoying music in a supportive, low-pressure environment where everyone is welcome.
Lisa has over 20 years of experience as a performing arts teacher, creating fun, inclusive and encouraging sessions suitable for everyone, regardless of singing experience.
Whether you’re newly postpartum, navigating motherhood with older babies or toddlers, or simply looking for an hour each week to do something uplifting for yourself, Singing for Mums offers a chance to pause, connect and enjoy music together.
